Your first two weeks with OHMEE

1. You pick a time, then enter your details

On the home page, pick a time for the 30-minute setup call, then enter your name and email; the invite comes with a Google Meet link. Then, if you have one to hand, send us a recent service report and which tester you use, so we can build your template before the call. If not, reply to our email with one.

2. The setup call, 30 minutes

On the call we go over:

• Two or three of your finished reports, ideally different UPS makes, so your template covers what you really service.
• Your Dropbox folders: where work orders go, where finished reports should land, and where filed reports live.
• Your technicians' names and who in the office is our contact for the first month.
• Where to ship the two tablets, and the days for the dry run and the start.

The $750 setup is invoiced that day. The template work starts right away, and the tablets ship when the invoice is paid.

3. We set up your Word template

We take your report and set it up as your own Word template, with your logo, address and wording. We send you a sample report on it, next to one of yours, so you can check it before anyone uses it. Your customers keep getting the report they already know.

4. Your Dropbox, ten minutes

On a short call your Dropbox admin signs in on their own screen and approves the OHMEE app. We never see a password. Work orders you drop in your folder show up on the tablets, and finished reports land back in your folder.

5. Two tablets arrive, ready to use

The app is installed and signed in, your template and company details are already on them, and a cable for the IBEX-Pro is in the box. Nobody installs anything. For more phones or tablets later, we send a download link and a setup code for each technician: scan the code and the app is ready.

6. A dry run with us on the phone

One technician, one real unit. Tester in, photos, Generate, mark it finished, and the report lands in your folder. Anything that looks wrong, we fix before the start day or tell you plainly.

7. Your first real report starts the trial

The subscription is free for 14 days from your first real report on your own template. At the end you subscribe for your whole team, or you send the tablets back with the label in the box. Either way, every report is already a Word file and a PDF in your own Dropbox.

Good to know before you start

• OHMEE reads the IBEX-Pro over USB today. With another tester, readings can be typed in by hand.
• Reports go to Dropbox today. Tell us if you use something else.
